| Abstract | The authors present the KNOWNET project, which aims to develop a methodology for deploying social networking technology within the supply chain. We discuss the motivation for the project, and how social networks can be used to enhance and improve the decision making process and system monitoring in a modern enterprise. We present the architecture of the software framework we develop for our study. |
