| Abstract | The aim of this paper is to show changes in the ways various technologies are used in the process of purchasing products online. The pa-per presents a comparative analysis of the buying behaviour of consumers depending on the devices they use; namely desktop computers, tablets and smartphones. The findings of the study point to significant differences in behaviour, and consequently to the need for conducting separate analyses for tablet and smartphone users as opposed to the users of desktop computers. |
